Har Har Har (oh my God, Shoot me!)
Well, I got my film done, and I sent it off to the Festival. Anybody going? You can critique my film on this forum.
And they may still take last minute submissions, up until Thursday, but e-mail Christie and let her know of your intentions...Good Luck.

Hi Alex,
The show was great!! Christina Zeidler's(the featured filmmaker) filmswere fantastic. A representative from Kodak came to the show talked about that new Vision film stock and asked about any concerns we might have about super 8 film. She said that Super 8 film will continue to be produced as long as she worked there. She also said she was going to give staff at Squeaky Wheel a Kodak tour and is probably going to hook Squeaky up with some free film. The Squeaky Wheel has been trying to get grant money from Kodak for years and I think this woman will totally back that in the future. Then, we had about 2 hours of call for work films from all over the place - Switzerland, LA, NYC. It was great!
Thanks for sending your film! It was great!! Everyone really liked it. Someone even yelled something about everyone needing to sing along! I will be sending you a program in the next week. You can reprint what I wrote about the show. I haven't had a chance to put anything formal together.
Take care,
christie
